Returns & Exchanges

How do I request a Return / Exchange?
  • Please visit the Domestic Returns Center or International Returns Center
  • Returns/Exchanges can be authorized within 14 days of the Fulfilled Date
  • International orders may only be returned at this time. Please place a new order if you wish to exchange or email Customer Care for help
  • Products that are listed as Final Sale are not eligible for return
  • Products must be in the condition they were shipped to be accepted for a refund
  • A Shipping Fee will be deducted from the total amount while exchanges are free
  • The cost to return is based on the weight of the return and is quoted during the process of creating a return
  • Marketplace products can only be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not fall within our policy standards
    Promotions / Sales / Discount Codes
    • Promo codes that are applied to Original or Full price product can be returned for a refund or exchange
    • Promo codes that are applied to Final Sale or Sale product is not eligible for return or exchange
    • VIP sale product may be returned so long as the product page does not say "Final Sale"
    • Product marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return
    Do you offer Price Adjustments?
    • Price adjustments can be made within 14 days from when the order is placed
    • We do not offer price adjustments on items that are purchased at a sale or marked down price that are then further reduced
    • We do not offer price adjustments to match other retailers
      Damages & Repairs
      • We offer Free Repairs for Life for our Levi's products
      • We offer replacements for Hanes Tees and Original items within 1 year of purchase date if damaged
      • Please email Customer Care with photos and a detailed description of what you would like to us to repair
