Return Policy

  • All sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged
  • Fees: A return shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount
  • All items must be unworn with tags attached to be accepted for return or exchange
  • We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return that shows signs of wear 
  • Items purchased from RE/DONE are eligible for a refund if they are returned/postmarked within 14 days of the shipped date.
  • Exchanges
    • We offer Free Exchanges for alternative sizes of the same style and wash/color
  • Promo Codes
    • Discount codes can be used toward any item and returned. If the code is applied to a Final Sale or Sale item, it will not be eligible for return
  • Price Adjustments
    • We offer price adjustments within a 14 day time period from when the order is placed
    • We do not offer price adjustments for items that are purchased at a sale or marked down price
    • We do not offer price adjustments to match other retailers
  • How to send in an international return
  • Restocking Fee
    • If 5 or more items are returned from the same order the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee that will be automatically deducted from your return.
  • Damaged Product
    • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. Many products, particularly those with distressed styling, do wear out or develop holes with regular wear-and-tear over time.
  • Repairs
