Return Policy
  • Returns/Exchanges can be authorized within 14 days of the Fulfilled Date
  • Products that are marked down from the original price are not eligible for return
  • Products that are listed as Final Sale are not eligible for return
  • Products must be in the condition they were shipped to be accepted for a refund
  • A Shipping Fee will be deducted from the total amount while exchanges are free
  • The cost to return is based on the weight of the return and is quoted during the process of creating a return
  • Marketplace products can only be returned or exchanged within five days of receipt
  • All Marketplace returns are subject to a nonrefundable 20% restocking fee 
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not fall within our policy standards

  • Select the item and reason for exchange
  • Select the Exchange to select a different size or Find something else to shop a different collection
  • Choose the item you want in exchange, size, color, and confirm
  • Once finalized you will receive an email with Return Instructions and link to download a return label, as well as a new Order Confirmation

Promo / Discount Codes
  • Promo codes that are applied to Original or Full price product can be returned for a refund or exchange
  • Promo codes that are applied to Final Sale or Sale product is not eligible for return or exchange
Do you offer Price Adjustments?
  • Price adjustments can be made within 14 days from when the order is placed
  • We do not offer price adjustments for items that are purchased at a sale or marked down price that are then further reduced
  • We do not offer price adjustments to match other retailers
How to send in an international return?

  • We are not able to process International Exchanges. Please make a normal return and place a new order for the item you want instead
Damages & Repairs
  • We offer Free Repairs for Life for our Levi's products
  • We offer replacements for Hanes Tees and Original items within 1 year of purchase date if damaged
