All sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased from RE/DONE are eligible for a full refund if they are returned/postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method and 30 days from delivery date for store credit or exchange. All items must be unworn with tags attached to be accepted for return or exchange. After receiving an RA# from RE/DONE, product must be shipped back within 14 days in order to receive a refund or exchange.

Refunds / Exchanges
Once your item is delivered back to our office, we will inspect your item to ensure that it is not worn or damaged. Returns/Exchanges are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
Restocking Fee
If 5 or more items are returned from the same order the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee that will be automatically deducted from your return.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. Many products, particularly those with distressed styling, do wear out or develop holes with regular wear-and-tear over time.

Register your jean’s unique serial number located on the inside pocket at and enjoy free repairs for life. If your jeans rips or tears, just send it to us and we will patch it up for you at no charge.

Aging – happens to us all eventually. You can slow it with proper care, but can’t avoid it (see the care label on your particular garment). Little holes add character and individuality to our pieces, but should a tee seam or stitch tear within a year of your purchase, we will happily replace it regardless of if you purchased it from us or from one of our retail partners.
