“Nothing plain!” is the mission statement of Brian Cohen’s iconic Los Angeles destination Vintage On Hollywood. Brian established his passion for vintage as a high-schooler in the late 80s, developing a unique aesthetic through exposure to the DIY-heavy industrial scene. In the early 90s, he began selling clothing out of his apartment—and the rest is history.

Each jacket in this edit exemplifies Brian’s playful attitude, attention to unique details, and vast historical knowledge. This piece was handmade in the 1950s from buttery cowhide leather, featuring two-toned details and a back belt. While this piece has a classic Americana feeling, it uniquely combines elements of Western and workwear styles.
